HOLIDAY CUSTOMIZATION ORDERS

Our embroidery team is taking time off to enjoy the holiday season. All orders placed with embroidery after 12/20/23 will be completed when the team returns on 1/4/24. Thank you! 

 

RETURNS

Returns happen, we get it. At Meadow, our goal is to provide you with a product that transports you to a place of utmost luxury. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your Meadow purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days*. To start a return please email hello@meadowmoment.com

*Refunds will only be issued for full price items. Items in the sale selection or purchases made using a discount code may only be returned for store credit or exchange.

SHIPPING

For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM PST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. 

• Standard Shipping (4-8 Business Days) is $10.00 or free on orders $100+. 
• Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days) is $25.00. 
• Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day) is $35.00.
